The Helen Kate Furness Free Library offers library meeting room rental options for informational, educational, cultural, charitable, and civic purposes.
Key Policies
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve a space online up to 60 days in advance.
- You may book a room for up to 3 hours per day, with a maximum of 3 reservations at a time.
- The room cannot be used for birthday parties, showers, weddings or other personal events of this nature.
- You cannot exchange money or sell goods during your meeting. Furthermore, you may not charge attendees a fee to participate.
- While you can list the Library as your location, your signage must not imply that the Library is a sponsor of your event.
- Users are responsible for room setup and cleanup. Please return furniture to its original spot, wipe down tables, and place all trash in wastebaskets.

Suggested Contributions
While room use is free of charge, we appreciate voluntary contributions. These donations help us maintain and operate our facilities for the whole community.
If you would like to contribute, you can pay in advance, or by cash, check, or card when you arrive.
