Board Meetings
The Board generally meets every other month on the second Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the library. Board meetings are not open to the public.

The library is governed by a 13–17 member volunteer Board of Directors, all of whom must be residents of Nether Providence Township or Rose Valley Borough.

Board Terms
Board terms begin in January and are a minimum three-year commitment. We welcome applications throughout the year; however, please apply by November 1st to be considered for election at the Annual Meeting in January.

Annual Corporation Meeting
The Library holds its Annual Corporation Meeting on the third Tuesday in January at 7:00 pm at the Library.
Residents of Nether Providence Township and Rose Valley Borough who have donated $50 or more to the Library during the preceding year are members of the corporation and are invited to attend the annual meeting.
