Board Meetings
The board generally meets every other month on the second Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the library. 2026 meeting dates:
- Tuesday, January 20, 2026 7:00 PM – Annual Corporation Meeting & Board Meeting (third Tuesday)
- Tuesday, March 10, 2026 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
- Tuesday, May 12, 2026 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
- Tuesday, August 11, 2026 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
- Tuesday, October 13, 2026 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
- Tuesday, December 8, 2026 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
Board of Directors
The library is governed by a 13–17 member volunteer Board of Directors, all of whom must be residents of Nether Providence Township or Rose Valley Borough.

Board Terms
Board terms begin in January and are a minimum three-year commitment. We welcome applications throughout the year; however, please apply by November 1st to be considered for election at the Annual Meeting in January.
