Enjoy a story while exploring the outdoors at the Helen Kate Furness Free Library’s StoryWalk®!
Our StoryWalk® begins at the Monarch Waystation garden and continues along the front sidewalk of the library. Follow the path to discover pages from a children’s book displayed along the way, inviting children and families to read, move, and enjoy the natural world around them.

A Gift to Our Community
The StoryWalk® and Reading Bench were created by Virginia Reitmeyer as her Girl Scout Gold Award Project. The Monarch Waystation was planted by the Teen Advisory Board, led by William Reitmeyer.
